Adam Aloise
1, Name, Age and Location?
Adam Aloise, I’m in the 30 and over class living outside of Philadelphia Pennsylvania area.
2, When did you start riding BMX and what got you into it?
I always rode a bike since I can remember. Jumping stuff, but I didn’t get really into it until I was around 13yrs old and I went the Bensalem BMX raceway. Hooked ever since.
3, Tell us about your current bike setup?
Pilgrim Unit pro frame, Colony Bars, Forks, Wheels and Cranks.
4, Favorite place you have ever visited and why?
Man I have so many, I’ve been lucky and blessed enough to have travel all over the world from riding my bike. The one that sticks out the most right now was my trip to Australia to ride Cam Whites hillside jam. But I’m still traveling so this may change.
5, How would you describe your style of riding?
I would have to say I’m a all around rider, I don’t see a point to limiting myself to any one style. I’m constantly changing cause what I ride that day changes.
6, What else are you into outside BMX?
My life pretty much goes like this: Family, Money, Bmx, Girls.
7, Where do you spend most of your time on your bike,
Driving to a spot to ride, since I live 45 min from any dam thing. But this is going to change soon. Summertime I ride trails winter parks.
8, What are you into more web edits or contest? Where do you get your buzz?
I watch some web edits but not much though. I got to do contest but there a shit show. I get my buzz from my friends that I ride with and if I see something that I want to ride. I don’t really pay attention to the BMX world too much anymore just do what I want. That’s why we ride bikes and not play for teams. Bmx is about what you want to do, not what some expects you to do. At least to me it is. As long as it stays fun to me ill keep riding when it loses that then ill stop!
9, How did you meet John Buultjens?
I was living in California for a while and he was staying at Luke Parslows house in Riverside. I ride with Luke almost everyday whenever I was in town from Woodward west. So I met him like that.
10, Finish this sentence, one day……
I will own a house with lots of land and I will build new trails and ramps. All my boys can come to my house ride and bullshit and just do what we do. Ride bikes, talk shit and just get back to why we started riding again. I want to build my own scene where all the friends I’ve met threw BMX over the last 16 to 17 years can come to and just have fun. One day sooner then you think, this will happen. Peace!
