1, Name, Age and Location?

Jed Kahu Mildon, 23,  Taupo, New Zealand

2, When did you start riding BMX and what got you into it?

I started riding when I was 14. My mountain bike got stolen from school one afternoon. So I went to work for my dad, saved up enough money and brought a diamond back viper..

3, Tell us about your current bike setup?

I have the Pilgrim Unit Pro frame it’s evenly weighted set up back to front. Its 21” top and 14” rear. I run Beringer bars 8.25” high and 28.5” wide. All other parts are Colony. Although a lighter bike helps I don't really worry about it I focus more on parts being able to hold my weight. My bike is between 11-12kg's 

4, Favorite place you have ever visited and why?

There’s two, Whistler in Canada because they had the baddest and biggest dirt jumps I’ve seen so far! And it reminded me of home! And my other one is Byron Bay in Australia. Its real nice there and I learnt to surf stoked as!!!

5, How would you describe your style of riding?

I just like to push it hard!

6, What else are you into outside BMX?

Girlfriend, Family, Traveling, Friends, Working, Chilling, Rugby League & Union.

7, Where do you spend most of your time on your bike,

At the moment I spend allot of time riding skate parks and street but as soon as we get our public trails spot that’s me. I'm most passionate about riding dirt!!!

8,  What are you into more web edits or contest? Where do you get your buzz?

I like to film and edit clips its a good way to push yourself but I'm more into comps, there’s no better feeling than the feeling right before your about to drop in on a massive set of jumps!! 

 9, How did you meet John Buultjens?

One night I was riding with my mate Keith at the Taupo Skate Park at around 9pm or something. It was pretty dark! Then John, whom id never meet before rocked up with 2 other guys and began talking to us. I guess that’s where it all began!

10, Finish this sentence, one day…….

I will have my 10acre block decked out with the sickest dirt jumps ever!!!
