1, Name, Age and Location?

Vince Byron, 20 years old, Brisbane, Australia. Right now: Greenville, NC

2, When did you start riding BMX and what got you into it?

I was about 13 and I think I saw it on TV a couple of times. We just had a new park built down the road from me and I wanted to take my bike down. Ever since I’ve had fun on my bike so I kept doing it.

3, Tell us about your current bike setup?

It‘s a Pilgrim prototype, with a few Primo parts, Fly Rims, Fit Bars. Two pegs, gyro and back brake only. It feels good to me so I run it. Nuff said.

4, Favorite place you have ever visited and why?

I think maybe China. I’ve been there a few times now and everytime it gets crazier! Always have good times there. BMX, Parties and LASERS!!!!!

5, How would you describe your style of riding?

I guess I love airing allot, that’s why I ride vert. So anything that can send me high is what I’m into. Tricks or no tricks I love blasting an air.

6, What else are you into outside BMX?

Cars, Motorbikes, Jetskis, Surfing, Guitar. Almost any other action sport.

7, Where do you spend most of your time on your bike?

Usually I spend most time in Brisbane, Aus since I live there. But lately I have been in the US just a little more than home.

I spend a bit of time riding park but allot of vert riding too. I can’t really say which one I do more.

8,  What are you into more web edits or contest? Where do you get your buzz?

Probably contests. Not just the whole competitive side. But I like the feeling of putting a run together, doing all your hard stuff, making it flow together on a course or a halfpipe and doing it as best you can. The days it all comes together are why I love what I do.

9, How did you meet John Buultjens?

Not really sure, I think it might have been at the Asian X-Games in Shanghai a few years ago.

One day ill look back on my life and say something wise and meaningful about it.... For now I just wanna have fun.
